ROLLER-SHUTTERS

Colours of the roller-shutters

Before choosing the colour of any roller-shutters we have to determine the colours of every component, so the production team can have all required information allowing them to make a product that fully meets the client specifications. There are five parts of the roller-shutters that can be coloured:

  • The armour
  • The armour final strip
  • The box
  • The runners
  • The control panel

Colours of the boxes and runners are different depending on the chosen type of the system

Built-on roller-shutters (in PVC boxes)

Standard colours:

  • AP 23 golden oak

  • AP 27 walnut

  • AP 60 anthracite grey sand*

  • AP 43 green

  • AP 49 cream

  • AP 52 birch

  • AP 61 grey sand

  • AP 62 basalt sand

  • AP 63 aluminium

A different colouring method is to varnish individual elements according to colours available from the RAL palette.

Adaptive roller-shutters (in aluminium boxes)

Colours for adaptive roller-shutters are determined by a palette with a choice of 9 shades; we can also varnish them in any colour chosen from the RAL colour palette. Usually the colours chosen of the box and the runners, for an adaptive roller-shutter, are the same.

  • 01 - white (RAL 9016)

  • 02 - beige (RAL 1013)

  • 03 - brown (RAL 8014)

  • 04 - dark brown (RAL 8019)

  • 31 - silver (RAL 9006)

  • 32 - grey (RAL 7038)

  • 42 - grey anthracite (RAL 7016)

  • 23 - golden oak

  • 27 - walnut

Lintel roller-shutters (in styrofoam or foam boxes)

When creating a lintel roller-shutter you can specify the colour of the runners and the service cover. The range of colours for the runners is determined by the chosen system, (built-on or adaptive roller-shutters). The service cover colour, if made from PVC, can be chosen according to the range of colours available to built-on roller-shutters or if made from foam, is it left in its natural state, ready for painting or wallpapering.
